Review – No Response Fade away EP

Not often do you get a chance to hear an album that has tastefully
executed industrial tracks with actual pop potential, and even less often will
industrial snobs admit interest in something ready for the mainstream.
But I like to piss off snobs, so check out this band. Every track on this EP
is catchy, if not quite beefy enough to stand alone on the dancefloor,
certainly jazzy enough to make you drive like an asshole. Not that you
need any help. The vocal production is yards better than the typical first
release of a new band, the filter adding just enough distortion to make
it spicy, but the level of the vocals low enough to make the composition
of each song what catches your attention, not the lyrics. And less
comprehension is sometimes a good thing for the product in question.
Look at the last election. I’ll still like this album in a few years, but have
you ever heard of “Tastes great, less filling!”? Yeah…it’s kind of like
that. Nevertheless, a great find from the unknown void. Looking forward to
the full length release!
