Review:
Bile – Demonic Electronic
Bile
is one of those bands that will be remembered in the tomes
of Industrial history, if only for the fact that they are
still as mean and ornery today as they were when I started
listening to them oh….about 10 years ago. (does that
make me old? …nah…just old-skool!) These bastards
have (thankfully) completely ignored the growing trend among
bands to transform their ‘sound” into something
dancefloor friendly. Instead, they have created yet another
evil-sounding album for us to hate ex-lovers to. The latest
offering is just as fecal and Satanic as we’ve grown
to expect from these NYC types, and they’ve been doing
it a lot longer than Eminem. My favorite tracks: Prime Time
Loser (strong, fist-pounding rhythm and catchy guitar), Bad
Karma – (creepy sounding sing along lyrics) and Jerk
– (funky yet evil)
Punketta
Doilie’s Math Lesson : none. Bile is a prime number.
